Due to the logistics of international dropshipping, exchanges for change of mind are not accepted when the product is delivered correctly and without defects.

Accepted Exchanges

• Manufacturing defects

• Incorrect item received

Request Deadline

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Replacement Shipping

Once approved, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

Practical example:

If the wrong product is delivered, we will send the correct one.
